The black shoulder strap is for a "wound vac" that helps heal from
surgery.

Hello from the depths of my Heart,

After a long bout of ill-health I'm back. It's been a long stretch of bad road - but I'm on the mend and ready to get back to blogging.

Life IS GOOD !
